The Origin of S.A. Traut Associates
Stuart A. Trautenberg founded S.A. Traut Associates in Kenmore Square across from beloved Fenway Park in Boston, MA in 1987. For the record, he is a loyal Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan. After graduating from Boston University and not having a clue what to do with his life, Stuart was hired by a professional classical executive search firm where he worked for 2 years. He was hired into a newly created position tailored to him because he could instantly connect with people and earn trust. His grandfather would have said that "Stuart is a mensch who can schmooze" (yiddish). To define, he is a man of high integrity and honor who can talk an honest game. Stuart became the protoge of the three Founders and learned vicariously through them. He called the Founders his three mentors and learned the good, the bad and the ugly about headhunting. He adopted his own style to match his New Jersey, dry sense of humor, principled and loyal personality. Stuart is all about Str8 Talk, which is being honest and candid with clients and candidates.
